Weston Brand Manual Meat Cuber / Meat Tenderizer reduces cooking time and maximizes the effectiveness of marinades!  No more messy work of tenderizing or cubing by hand.  Easily tenderize and prepare cube steaks and cutlets from wild game or domestic meats.  The Weston Brand Manual Meat Cuber / Tenderizer has 31 stainless steel blades on two rollers cut into even the toughest meat up to 3/4" thick.  The Stainless steel combs prevent the meat from wrapping around the blades.  With a Aluminum construction, food-grade coating, the two-piece housing disassembles for easy clean-up.  Compact design for easy storage.  Heavy-duty nylon base.

Includes two C-clamps to temporarily mount onto any counter or tabletop.
